1. Returns

Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In its original condition

  • Returned in original packaging with all components intact

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products

  • Items with selected finishes, wood types, or textures

  • Digital downloads or virtual products

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images (if applicable)

If approved, we will provide return instructions and authorization.


2. Refunds

Inspection & Approval
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item. You will be notified via email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

Approved Refunds
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Amount

  • Refunds cover the product price only

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error


3. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong product

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and risk. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Verve & Verse is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
